Hemorrhoid is an inflamed or
swollen vein(s) at or near the anus, caused by
too much pressure in the rectum which forces the
blood to stretch thus inflating the veins, and
sometimes rupturing them.
Hemorrhoids may result from straining to move
stool. Other contributing factors include
pregnancy, aging, chronic constipation or
diarrhea, and anal intercourse.
Hemorrhoids are either inside the anus
(internal) or under the skin around the anus
(external).

-
Straining during bowel movement - diarrhea,
hard stools and constipation
-
Sitting on the toilet for a long time -
those who like to read in the bathroom
- Design of toilets has
also been linked to more straining -
hemorrhoids are virtually unknown in
countries with squat toilets.
- Inherited genes - genetics - weak vein
walls
- Childbirth
- Standing or sitting for long periods of
time
- Heavy lifting
- Severe or chronic coughing - often found
in heavy smokers

Hemorrhoids are not normally serious or
dangerous and are not life threatening. In most
cases, symptoms go away within a few days.
Although many people have hemorrhoids, not all
have symptoms. There are two kinds of
hemorrhoids: internal hemorrhoids and external
hemorrhoids.
The most common symptoms of internal
hemorrhoids are bright red blood covering
the stool, blood stains on toilet paper, or
blood in the toilet bowl. This is known as a
protruding hemorrhoid. You can't feel
internal hemorrhoids because they are deep
inside the rectum. Internal hemorrhoids are not
serious. But since anal bleeding could mask a
more serious condition like colorectal cancer,
it's not a bad idea to consult your doctor to
confirm what it really is.
However, for some people, hemorrhoids will grow
and swell outside of the anus and form a small
lump, becoming irritated and painful, and
sometimes very itchy. External hemorrhoids
cause the majority of the symptoms: pain,
burning, itching, bleeding, and may include
painful swelling or a hard lump around the anus
that results when a blood clot forms. This
condition is known as a thrombosed external
hemorrhoid. Because external hemorrhoids
cause you so much discomfort, they normally get
the most attention.
Excessive straining, rubbing, or
cleaning around the anus may cause irritation
with bleeding and/or itching, which may produce
a vicious cycle of symptoms. Draining mucus may
also cause itching.

It would be nice to have a fool-proof method to
prevent hemorrhoids, but there
are circumstances that just cannot be avoided:
standing, sitting, giving birth, and so on. So
how do you get around these situations?
-
Sitting or standing: if your job requires
to stand or sit for long periods, try to do
the opposite whenever you can, during coffee
breaks, at lunch time, etc. Don't always
sit or stand in the same position, shift
your weight from one foot to the other, lean
against a wall to prevent your weight from
resting completely on your feet, change
sitting position, or just walk around your
desk or chair, stand up to look in the
window.
-
If you have to do some heavy lifting, do
what athletes do and exhale when you're
lifting, and never, ever hold your breath! If
you have to pick up something on the floor,
bend your knees rather than bending at the
waist.
-
Try to keep diarrhea and constipation under
control. If you're often constipated, make
sure you eat a diet high in dietary fibre.
Green vegetables such as spinach and
broccoli and many fruits like raspberries
are high in fibre. If you don't consume enough fibre in your
foods, take supplements. Not only will this
help prevent hemorrhoids, it will also cure
your constipation and help prevent more
serious diseases such as colon cancer.
-
NO reading on the toilet! Bowel movements
shouldn't take any longer than a few
minutes, 5 minutes maximum. Do what you have
to do and get off the pot!

Before you can even think of a hemorrhoid
treatment, you need to identify what might have
caused it and make changes in your lifestyle if
possible. If you treat your hemorrhoids
or cure the symptoms only to continue with the
bad habits, your hemorrhoids will never go away,
they will always be back. You're not doing
yourself any favors.
Many over the counter
treatments such as creams and pills can be very
effective. Surgery is rarely used to remove
hemorrhoids and is only recommended in extreme
cases.
There are two ways to
effectively treat hemorrhoids:
Creams and ointments give
instant relief - they stop the itching, burning
and bleeding as soon as you apply it. They are
sometimes more expensive than pills, but the effects
are quick and effective. You may need to
reapply the ointment often until all symptoms are gone.
Pills may take longer to provide relief and the
results vary between a few minutes to several
weeks. Both methods will treat your hemorrhoids
and get rid of the symptoms.
We provide two hemorrhoid
treatments, ointments, Neo Healar and Phytocort, and one
very well known herbal
remedy in pill form, Avatrol.

Neo Healar
hemorrhoid treatment ointment
The cream we recommend most is
Neo Healar which can be shipped worldwide.
Neo Healar
is uniquely formulated with four natural herbs.
It is 100% natural and contains no drugs unlike
other products in your drugstore. It is a very
effective natural hemorrhoid treatment formula with a
success rate of 93.7%, compared to 55 - 70% in
other products.
And most importantly,
Neo Healar
is designed to treat all stages of hemorrhoids
completely, from just mild hemorrhoid symptoms
to serious anal fissures where surgery is
usually inevitable.
Neo Healar is available in two forms, 30g
ointment and suppositories (in 10s).
Generally, the ointment is the main one you
should be using as it can be used to treat all
kinds of hemorrhoids - external and internal.
The suppositories are recommended as a supplementary
treatment used to boost the healing process when
you have internal hemorrhoids, bleeding
hemorrhoids or anal fissures. (Note: the
cream may be applied internally with an
applicator that is enclosed free with the pack).
After just a few days, bleeding, pain,

healing process will continue and it will take
you anywhere from 2 to 5 weeks to cure your
hemorrhoids completely.

Avatrol
herbal hermorrhoid pill treatment
Avatrol
is the most recognized herbal hemorrhoid treatment in pill form and also
one of the most effective.
Once your body tissue has been
damaged, it may not heal on its own. This is why people
with hemorrhoids can't seem to get rid of the
itching and burning and the blood that appears in their
stool. You must supply the hemorrhoids with
vital nutrients to aid in the healing process.
Avatrol
has become a very popular choice to
treat hemorrhoids and you've probably already
heard of it. The natural, herbal
ingredients in Avatrol help to strengthen
tissue so they can sustain increased blood flow.
This will help ease the swelling of your
hemorrhoids until they no longer cause you pain.

Take 180 days to try the product, risk free. If
Avatrol
does not exceed your expectations,
